Tracking my order

To check the status of your order, please refer to the confirmation email sent to the email used on your order, or log into your account here.

You may cancel your order while it is processing before it ships. The window to cancel is approximately one hour. Please note that if your order is outside of the cancellation window, the standard shipping and return policy will apply.

How long will it take to get my order?

Standard orders arrive within 5-7 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Do I have to pay customs fees for my order?

Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may apply if you are ordering from outside the European Union. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Returns & Exchanges

How Do I initiate a return?
  • To initiate a return, please visit the Shopify customer portal and initiate a return by entering your order information.
  • As a customer you have a 14 day period, starting from when you receive your order, in which you can start the return process. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with hangtag.
  • If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, contact us at merch@xgames.com.
  • To initiate an exchange, simply return the item through our returns portal and place a new order for the new item. Alternatively, please contact merch@xgames.com.
  • Note: Items under $15 and items on sale for 40% off or more are final sale and not eligible for returns.
What if i have an issue with my order?

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at merch@xgames.com so we can make it right.

do you offer exchanges?
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow our return instructions and place a new order for the item of your choice.

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders due to high shipping costs and customs complexities. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at merch@xgames.com; please include photos.

Refund Policies

What are your refund policies?
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for refunds to the original payment method.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected (typically within 1–3 business days), approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items under $15 and items on sale for 40% off or more are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Shipping & Delivery

How can I check on the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with corresponding tracking information. The tracking number and progress can be found within the order details in your account, or on the carrier’s website. Our standard order processing time is up to seven business days. During peak periods, please allow additional processing time. Delays may result from payment authorizations, product availability, or customs processing, which could lead to longer delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

What are your processing times on domestic orders?

All domestic orders will be delivered via UPS ground within 5-7 business days.

What are your processing times on international orders?

We currently ship internationally to select countries. International orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse and shipped via UPS or DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after purchase. You’ll receive tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. Delays due to customs clearance are outside of our control.

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees charged by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates — they are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or control these fees, as they vary by country.
